Sometimes, when things fall apart, well, that’s the opportunity for change.
— Pema Chodron

Kelly believes in the power of personal transformation and the capacity for every individual to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. She views you as having the capacity to create your own change and is honoured to sit with you and support you on your journey.

She works with adults who are navigating various mental health challenges, experiencing depression and anxiety, stress, grief and loss. She will support you through major life transitions, overcoming roadblocks, feeling stuck in life, lacking clarity, meaning and purpose.

Kelly offers a compassionate and non-judgmental space for exploration and growth. Whatever you may bring, you can have a truly meaningful conversation. Together we untangle the complexities of your experience, explore your values and beliefs. We look at your difficulty in relation to others or yourself and where you might be experiencing distress or pain.

By actively engaging in therapy with Kelly, you will develop effective strategies to manage symptoms, build resilience, gain self-awareness and regain control. It may help you to rediscover your strengths, motivation and purpose. Sometimes it may be accepting what is and moving forward with that. Other times it’s exploring choices of different ways of being in the world.

Kelly understands that attending a Psychotherapy session could be a difficult step but she encourages you knowing that in moving closer to what is hard in life is often the most rewarding.
